Embroidery, but make it cute!

Approximate Time – ## | £25.00
We all have the image of the ladies sat in the drawing room for countless hours embroidering silk handkerchiefs, well embroidery has come a long way since then! That customisation you ordered online with your initials, zodiac sign, or flower from your wedding bouquet, you can do it yourself!
No sewing machine needed for this class. We slow down the pace and spend a tranquil morning learning some simple embroidery stitches that can be used effectively in a number of ways, together with options to add other embellishments such as felt or buttons.
Perfect as gift, you can personalise your make with the person’s name.
In class we will complete a simple embroidery hoop picture but you will learn how this can translate to personalise your own bags, garments etc. It can really transform a plain item of clothing and is a great way to show off what you have learnt!
Once finished, you will frame the embroidery, and take it away, ready to hang.

This is such an opportunity for creative expression and everyone will produce something different.
